FAQ's - Frequently asked questions on high ropes course
What is a high ropes course?
Our high ropes course is located in the natural forest trees, on the edge of a gorge. There are 32 exercises - they rest on a height of 5 to 17 meters, and some offer views down the trees of 88 meters. You get a great head start for the two tours. Platforms are mounted on the trees that serve as the starting point of each exercise. Passing along suspension bridges, steel cables and various obstacles from tree to tree. Each customer is provided with a harness secured to the safety rope.
Can we go just like that, or do we have to register?
We have certain times when our high ropes course is open. Therefore, you should sign up by phone or in the office. Opening times for groups: Groups of 10 people can sign up for any time.
Are you one your own or with a guide?
The high ropes course is supervised, a group + Trainer consists of a maximum of 10 participants.
What do I have to wear?
Functional sports wear, sneakers or hiking boots. In bad weather you should bring a rain jacket.
What equipment do I get?
The equipment consists of a combination harness and a helmet.
Do you have to be sporty?
You should bring a healthy fitness. What is more important, however, is the fun and the challenge of something new to experience.
For fear of heights, what do I do?
For someone who has a fear of heights, the high ropes course will ensure a huge challenge to his limits and maybe they can even overcome.
Can something happen to me?
Our high ropes course is TÜV-tested and will be tested each day before the start of security and damage. Before every tour there is a safety talk. You are secured to the entire obstacle course through the harness and carabiners to the rope.
Are there certain requirements?
You need a minimum height of 1.30/1.40 (depending on the tour) meters at the obstacle course to celebrate alone. Children under this height must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I also just watch?
Of course you can watch, and maybe even then you decide to join too. The high ropes course is for people from 7-90 years.
