Covid 19

Covid-19 measures

As a tour operator and alpine school, we would like to inform you about the current situation regarding the Covid-19 pandemic. At the same time, we would like to make your booking as straightforward as possible and remove your uncertainties. Fortunately, our offers take place outdoors in nature, so the risk of developing Covid-19 is negligible. As a responsible alpine school in Austria, we monitor the Covid-19 measures on a daily basis. The health of our customers and employees is our top priority.

Current corona rules

Current booking information

Our office will be happy to inform you by phone about our tour offers and the situation on site. Book comfortably from home in our online shop, or use our know-how for your individual “tailor made” tour - high-altitude tours, courses, day tours, fun sports activities, rafting, canyoning, or an all-inclusive weekend as a package deal.

We react proactively & in good time should the Covid-19 situation at the place of residence require action (e.g. rebooking to another area, possibly interruption of travel).

If we have to cancel a booked tour, you will receive your payment back in the form of a voucher or a refund.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance. This can be taken out through us with Europäische Reiseversicherung. The applicable and current regulations can be found here: https://www.europaeische.at
